Comprehensive Warranty (5-Year/100,000 KM)

Our 5-year/100,000 km is as comprehensive as the name would suggest, covering almost every new vehicle component. If a component that was manufactured or installed by Hyundai is defective through its material or factory work under regular wear, it’ll be repaired or replaced. The following limits exist for the below systems:

• Radio & Sound System: 3-year/60,000 km
• Paint: 3-year/60,000 km
• Battery: 2-year/40,000 km
• Adjustments: 1-year/20,000 km

Powertrain Protection (5-Year/100,000 KM)

This 5-year/100,000 km warranty takes care of the repair or replacement for any powertrain parts manufactured or installed by Hyundai that is defective through its material or factory work under regular wear. Including:

• Selected engine 
• Transmission
• Transaxle
• 4WD components

Replacement Parts (1-Year/20,000 KM)

Every genuine Hyundai part installed by a certified dealer like us at Surgenor Hyundai is covered on a 1-year/20,000 km warranty.

Replacement Accessories (3-Year/60,000 KM)

Every genuine Hyundai accessory installed by a certified dealer like us at Surgenor Hyundai is covered on a 3-year/60,000 km warranty.

Basic Emissions (5-Year/100,000 KM)

This Basic Emissions warranty covers any of the base emissions components for 60 months or 100,000 km from the warranty registration date.

Major Emissions (8-Year/130,000 KM)

This Major Emissions 8-year/130,000 km warranty covers repair or replacement for these major emissions components on your Hyundai:

• Catalytic Converter
• Engine Control Module
• Onboard Emissions Diagnostic Device (OBDII)

Anti-Perforation (5-Year/Unlimited KM)

Covering you for a 5-year/unlimited km period, any corrosion on the body sheet metal on the lower window line down, from the inside to the outside surface will be covered through any defective material or factory work under regular wear. This does not include surface corrosion.

24-Hour Roadside Assistance

24-hour roadside assistance is provided as a complimentary service from Hyundai, covered under your new vehicle warranty. 2015 and newer models enjoy 5-year/unlimited km coverage, while 2014 and older models see a 3-year/unlimited km period.
